TEKNOLİST PERSONAL DATA STORAGE AND DISPOSAL POLICY
We, as TEKNOLİST BİLGİSAYAR SİSTEMLERİ YAZILIM YAYINCILIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (shall be hereinafter referred to as “TEKNOLİST”), attach utmost importance to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we store all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons related to TEKNOLİST -including persons that benefit from our products and services as companies- in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (“PDP Law”), for periods stipulated by Articles 7 and 17 of PDP Law, Article 138 of Turkish Criminal Code and related laws, and as necessitated by the processing purpose. Upon expiration of such periods, personal data shall be deleted, disposed of or anonymized as per TEKNOLİST Personal Data Storage and Disposal Policy prepared in accordance with the provisions of Regulation and Guide on Deletion, Disposal and Anonymization of Personal Data.
Deletion of personal data by TEKNOLİST means that such personal data are made inaccessible and non-reusable for related users. TEKNOLİST takes all necessary measures for deletion in the database.
Anonymization of personal data by TEKNOLİST means that such personal data are made disassociated with identified or identifiable real persons even though they are matched with other data.
TEKNOLİST explains the methods and technical-administrative measures for deletion, disposal and anonymization in detail in the Personal Data Storage and Disposal Policy prepared in accordance with the provisions of Regulation and Guide on Deletion, Disposal and Anonymization of Personal Data. The time interval for periodic disposal specified by the Regulation is set as 6 months in this Policy.
How long are your personal data stored?
As a rule regarding your Okulistik membership, your personal data are stored as long as your membership continues.
After your membership ends;
Upon expiration of such periods, your personal data shall be deleted, disposed of or anonymized as per the procedures and principles specified in Personal Data Storage and Disposal Policy.

TEKNOLİST may amend this Personal Data Storage and Disposal Policy at any time. These amendments enter into force immediately after the amended new Personal Data Storage and Disposal Policy is posted on the website www.okulistik.com To be informed about the amendments in this policy, the members are recommended to follow the related domain on the website www.okulistik.com
